Inquiry & Quotation
Confirm product specifications, quantity, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.). We provide a formal Quotation Sheet with competitive pricing.
Order Confirmation
Sign the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract. Production is triggered upon receipt of the agreed deposit or L/C (Letter of Credit).
Manufacturing & QC
Strict Quality Control (QC) is performed during and after production. We provide inspection reports and production photos for your approval.
Logistics & Customs
Booking space (Sea, Air, or Rail), handling export customs clearance, and preparing all necessary shipping documents (B/L, CO, Packing List).
Balance & Release
Upon receipt of the balance payment, we proceed with Telex Release of the B/L or send the original documents via express courier.
